Professor Nicholas Barr

Nicholas Barr is Professor of Public Economics at the London School of Economics, and the author of numerous books and articles on the economics of the welfare state. He has been active in debates about pensions since the late 1980s, advising governments in a number of countries including England, Australia, Chile, China, and New Zealand.
