Professor Noel Whiteside (Warwick)
Noel Whiteside is Professor of Comparative Public Policy and Senior Fellow at the Institute of Governance and Public Management at Warwick University. She co-edited Pension Security in the 21st Century (Oxford University Press, 2003) and is is currently co-editing Pension Futures in the Twenty-First Century: redrawing the public-private divide for Oxford University Press.
