British Academy Medieval Week

Programme 15 - 18 November 2010

A special series of lectures and talks exploring different aspects of medieval life, jointly organised by the British Academy and the Royal Society of Edinburgh. All events took place at the Royal Society of Edinburgh, 22-26 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 2PQ.

Each day featured a pair of linked events, starting at 6.00pm with a 50 minute talk and discussion on a broad medieval topic, followed by a short tea break, then a more formal lecture at 7.00pm. Each evening ended with a reception at around 8.00pm.
