Note regarding accessing the Fellows-only part of the website

As a Fellow of the British Academy, you will have been provided with two sets of credentials for accessing password-protected areas of the Academy's website. These have quite different purposes:

  • The first is your email address and a password you have been sent by email.  You will need these credentials to access the Fellows-only area of the website, where you will find downloadable nomination forms and other documents relating to the business of the Academy.  The "forgotten password" facility will email you a reminder of your password, which you can change to something more memorable once you have logged in.

  • The other set, comprising a username made up of your initials and surname together with a password made up of some combination of letters and numbers, gives you access to the online Proceedings of the British Academy. Please see the information regarding the arrangements for Fellows to download and/or purchase Academy publications provided by the Publications Department for further details. (You will need your Fellows username and password to access this page).
