Publications
- Please list up to six publications which may include: single- or co-authored books, chapters in edited volumes, monographs, articles and papers, including material in press or ‘forthcoming’ but not yet published. If you provide details for more than six, the six most recent will be listed in the Directory
- Please do not include book reviews or shorter pieces such as, usually, encyclopedia entries
- Publications should be entered in date order with the oldest first
