Post-Award Report Form

The British Academy invites past award-holders to update the Academy about the outcomes from their awards approximately three years after the submission of the final report. Often it is only with the passage of time that the full range of outcomes and outputs from a grant or fellowship can be completed. All awards offered since the introduction of the e-GAP system in 2009 include the provision of reporting facilities (both final reports and post-award reports) within the system. The form attached here is for the use of those past-award-holders whose awards were made prior to the introduction of the e-GAP system.
