The 78th Annual General Meeting will take place on Thursday 23 February 2012 at 5.45 p.m. at the British Academy. There will be an election for six places on Council as detailed in the members letter of 30 January 2012 and a postal ballot is available here with biographical details of the seven nominees available here.

2012 Council Nominations

The BISI 2012 Council nominations letter for members is available here. All nominated members need to sign the form and should send a CV to the BISI. Charity Commission Review Visit, 2007

The Charity Commission conducted a review visit of the BSAI (Charity No. 219948) in March 2007. A copy of the report is downloadable here [240 KB PDF file]. The BSAI Council appreciated the opportunity to discuss governance issues and the charity's objectives. The Council then undertook an internal review and presented revised regulations to the BSAI/BISI's Membership. They were approved at the AGM of 14 December 2007.
