Literature Week events will take place at either the British Academy or the Royal Society. 

• The British Academy is located at 10 Carlton House Terrace, London SW1Y 5AH

Carlton House Terrace lies between The Mall and Pall Mall. The British Academy and the Royal Society are located either side of the Duke of York Steps, and are easily accessible by public transport:

Tube: Nearest Tube stations are Charing Cross (Bakerloo and Northern lines) and Piccadilly Circus (Bakerloo and Piccadilly lines). Embankment station (Bakerloo, Circle, District and Northern lines) is also nearby. 

Bus: Buses that serve Trafalgar Square or Piccadilly Circus will bring you to within a short distance of the Carlton House Terrace. 

Metered parking is available in Carlton House Terrace and Waterloo Place. The neareest off-street parking is in the City of Westminster car park in Spring Gardens (accessed via Trafalgar Square).
