One of London's finest Georgian treasures, 10-11 Carlton House Terrace is the current headquarters of the British Academy, the UK's national body for the humanities and social sciences. Built in 1831 to designs by John Nash, it is now Grade I listed, placing it in the top 2% of all listed buildings in the country. With close to 200 years of history, 10-11 Carlton House Terrace has been home to some of the most famous names from the past.
