46 British Academy Mid-Career research Fellows announced

The British Academy has announced 46 British Academy Mid-Career research Fellows, who take up their awards from this autumn.

These established scholars, normally within 15 years of the award of their doctorate, have been selected for support for their outstanding research proposals, and excellent plans for communication of their findings to a broad audience; on topics ranging from the relationship of new forms of protest movement with digital communications technologies to the experience of British Muslims undertaking the Hajj, and from the text and language of 4th century historian Ammianus Marcellinus to the Persian Community of medieval Huangzhou, China.
